I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was beautiful, surrounded by stone cottages and gardens with flowers and vegetables. The owners, Diego and Patrizia, were kind and friendly, and they really cared about protecting the environment. The rooms were wonderful, with traditional stoves and comfortable beds. The food was delicious, with local, organic, and artisanal ingredients. The breakfast was hearty and included homemade jam.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel offers a stunning location with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, featuring amenities such as a kettle for making tea. the hotel provides an exceptional culinary experience, with delicious meals showcasing Sicilian cuisine and local products.
The hotel's attention to detail and quality of fixtures could have been improved, as some guests noticed loose wires and basic maintenance issues such as a broken door and dog feces on the path.

I recently stayed at this charming inn nestled among hills and olive groves. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely log burner. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and even though we were the only guests, nothing was lacking. The food was the standout feature of our stay, with Chef Diego creating exquisite dishes inspired by the flavors of Sicily and southern Italy. The multi-course dinner was a culinary extravaganza, and the breakfasts were equally delicious. The stunning scenery and friendly cats added to the charm. Additionally, the small and friendly hamlet made parking easy and worry-free.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming stone house with a breathtaking view of the surrounding fields. The house was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What made this experience truly special was the passion of the hosts, Diego and Patrizia. Diego's cooking skills are exceptional, and he treated us to a seven-course degustation menu with local wine. I couldn't resist going back for another night and enjoyed different meals each time. Breakfast was delightful, with fresh fruit from their garden, homemade bread, and local cheese and ham. Patrizia, a wonderful host, shared her knowledge of the local food, history, and recommended beautiful walks in the mountains and nearby villages. I can't say enough about this remarkable couple and their lovely property.

I had the pleasure of dining on traditional, locally sourced Sicilian dishes cooked by a renowned local chef, who also happened to be a journalist! Can you say "Michelin star"? And don't get me started on the horse riding and cultural visits, because who needs Wi-Fi when you can saddle up and explore?
Oh, there was a slight inconvenience with the internet access, but who needs that when you have such an enchanting place to stay?

This place was off the charts! The food was to die for - seriously, the best we've ever had. The chef, Diego, is a genius. The room was cozy and had a cool fireplace, perfect for chill nights with friends. And the views? Holy moly! Overlooking olive groves and rolling hills, it was like something out of a movie. We had the best time ever!
Okay, so here's the thing. This place is amazing for foodies and nature lovers, but if you're looking for nonstop partying and nightlife, it might not be the best fit.

The location is breathtaking with rolling hills, wildflowers, and the sound of horses nearby. Perfect for Madonie Mountain adventures. The food cooked by Diego is incredible, the best we've ever had. The room for 3 was comfortable with a balcony.
Felt cared for, nothing to complain about.
